RE/MAX Alliance Recognized as #1 in the U.S. at the 37th Annual RE/MAX Convention in Las Vegas!


RE/MAX Alliance was honored at this year’s RE/MAX Annual Convention by receiving two major awards during the awards celebration. The first award recognized RE/MAX Alliance as the largest RE/MAX network of offices in the United States, with the follow-up award announcing that RE/MAX Alliance is #2 for Sales Volume in the U.S. and #6 in the world!

RE/MAX Alliance Agent Marnie Long Shares Her Thoughts on the Fort Collins Real Estate Market!

RE/MAX Alliance agent Marnie Long answers questions regarding the current real estate market and what’s happening specifically in the Fort Collins area. Marnie has been in real estate for the past 15 years and has assisted over one hundred families with their real estate needs. She has lived in Colorado since 1992 and currently serves her clients out of the Fort Collins RE/MAX Alliance office.

What are some positive signs in the Fort Collins real estate market? Fort Collins has seen the overall supply of homes drop which will help balance out the Northern Colorado market. High-end homes are beginning to show signs of life again while the number of days on the market has dropped for lower to middle-end homes.

RE/MAX Alliance Agent Amanda DiVito Parle Receives AYP Leadership Award!


Realtor Amanda DiVito Parle, a thirty-year-old Platinum Club and Hall of Fame member with RE/MAX Alliance in Arvada, has been awarded the Arvada Young Professionals (AYP) Leadership Award for her outstanding service and commitment to the Arvada Community.

A selection committee of 12 AYP members meets annually to review the year’s nominations and select the winners of this award. AYP selects ten leaders to receive this prestigious Leadership Award that have shown innovation, entrepreneurship, professional accomplishment, community leadership, and are under the age of 40.

RE/MAX Alliance Vice President Recognized by the Children’s Miracle Network for Her Years of Support!

RE/MAX Alliance Vice President Kim Hawkins has donated her time and energy to the Children’s Miracle nonprofit organization for over twenty years; being actively involved with their work in support of The Children’s Hospital.

Denver based radio station Alice 105.9 recently held their annual Alice’s 36 Hours for Kids Radiothon, which dedicates airtime to broadcast stories of strength and survival live from The Children’s Hospital. This year celebrated the 10th anniversary of the Radiothon. Hawkins has volunteered at every one.

“I honestly believe that children are our future and we are so very blessed to have Children’s in our backyard,” Hawkins said. “The patients, their realistic approach to challenges, their constant smiles and laughter, how can you not have passion and commitment.”
