RE/MAX Alliance agent Denice Reich was recently presented a certificate by Gail Liniger, co-founder and vice president of RE/MAX International, acknowledging her thirty-five years of outstanding service to the real estate industry.
“It was a highlight in my career,” Denice said, when asked what it meant to receive the certificate. “Gail has always been my hero in this company. RE/MAX has afforded me incredible opportunities to create such a successful business. I am deeply grateful to Dave and Gail Liniger for their magical idea.”
Denice credits her thirty-five year success to the RE/MAX philosophy of each agent being an independent entrepreneur. “You learn very early that you are the reason for your own success. RE/MAX has always supported that concept since the company was founded.”
Denice is a Colorado native; born and raised in a small mountain town. She has a BA from Colorado Women’s College and a Masters from the University of Vienna in Austria.
Her real estate credits include being awarded the RE/MAX Circle of Legends, Lifetime Achievement Award, RE/MAX Chairman’s Club, member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame; top one percent of Realtors in the nation (according to Real Estate Magazine); among the top five agents in the metro Denver real estate market for the past thirty plus years. She is a founding member of PAACC (Public Awareness about Abuse in Child Care) and represented the organization on 48 Hours, Larry King and the Oprah Winfrey Show. She is a strong supporter of both Carson and Steck elementary schools.
Denice offers sellers a bit of advice to be successful in 2011. “If you are priced correctly, it is fabulous!”
