RE/MAX Alliance was honored at this year’s RE/MAX Annual Convention by receiving two major awards during the awards celebration. The first award recognized RE/MAX Alliance as the largest RE/MAX network of offices in the United States, with the follow-up award announcing that RE/MAX Alliance is #2 for Sales Volume in the U.S. and #6 in the world!

RE/MAX Alliance Ranks in the Top 25 for Transactions and Sales Volume on the 2010 Power Broker Report Top 300 List!

RE/MAX Alliance, Colorado’s largest privately owned real estate organization, is proud to announce they ranked in the top 25 real estate companies in the nation for 2009 in the number of closed transactions and closed sales volume according to RISMedia’s annual Power Broker Report. RE/MAX Alliance ranked 18^th out of the top 300 companies for overall transactions and 24^th in overall sales volume.

- U.S. Foreclosure Activity in 2008 was up 81 percent from 2007

- More than 2.3 million properties received at least one foreclosure filing during the year
