Resale has always been an issue. Luckily this area has very stable schools and low crime rates. That always helps your resale ability. Sellers always want top dollar and buyers want a deal. Smart shopping and good comparisons for property values will help you to make sure you’re not under selling or over paying.

RE/MAX Alliance Agent William Hopkins Earns Real Estate Short Sale Designation!

RE/MAX Alliance recently welcomed agent William Hopkins to the Central office in Denver, who has earned the prestigious Certified Distressed Property Expert® (CDPE) designation. The newly acquired designation will allow William to assist homeowners in danger of foreclosure.

Homeowners that face the possibility of foreclosure can greatly benefit from a Certified Distressed Property Expert®, who will present the homeowner with options, solutions, and effective methods to deal with the situation. By choosing the Short Sale method, homeowners may repay the mortgage owed on the property to the bank at the price the home sells for if the lender accepts and agrees to do so, even in the event the home sells for less than what is owed on the property. As property values are impacted, this method can save homeowners from the danger of foreclosure and the possibility of bankruptcy.

RE/MAX Alliance Continues to Grow!

RE/MAX Alliance is proud to announce that RE/MAX Action Brokers of Northern Colorado has become part of the RE/MAX Alliance organization. RE/MAX Action Brokers brings twenty-one professional Realtors and principals Pete Cowdin and Jerry Crawford to Colorado’s largest locally owned real estate company.

Crawford said that RE/MAX Alliance and RE/MAX Action Brokers were competing in the same market. “There was an overlap of market penetration,” he said. “RE/MAX Alliance’s technology is superior to any small to mid-size company.” Crawford also noted that RE/MAX Alliance has great marketing tools and exposure, and has progressive thinking. “It made sense for a small company to join a large organization like RE/MAX Alliance,” he said. “They are Colorado’s finest real estate company.”
