RE/MAX Alliance has recently begun providing consumer’s access to property information directly on their mobile device with KWKLY (pronounced “quickly”). By texting a specific keyword to a 5-digit number, KWKLY allows consumers carrying a smart phone or regular phone to get property information in the palm of their hand as they drive-by listings.
Homebuyer’s text a unique keyword and universal code that is displayed on properties for sale signs. Once prompted to reply, the homebuyer then simply enters the house number and street name for the property they are interested in. As an added feature, those consumers with a GPS enabled smart phone will have the ability to view a map of the area along with the closest listed properties for sale. All data is provided from the local MLS.
KWKLY offers consumers the flexibility and convenience of timely receiving property information. RE/MAX Alliance believes the use of KWKLY will enhance the home buying experience for consumers throughout the Metro Denver and Northern Colorado area. Just look for the sign!! Text “INFO” to 59559!!!
