The Sixth annual Stapleton Community Garage Sale will be held on Saturday, July 16 and Sunday, July 17, 2011 from 8:00am to 1:00 pm. This event is exclusively organized and sponsored by RE/MAX Alliance agents Diana and Michael Kearns, and this year they expect to have over 300 homes participating.
This event has generated a great deal of support from the Stapleton community and neighboring cities that this year individual homes and buyers will be able to participate on both Saturday and Sunday. The event is one of the largest sales in the Denver area and one of the most anticipated events of the year in Stapleton. There is no cost to join in or to come out and enjoy a day of browsing a wide selection of items.
“It has been such a rewarding feeling watching the Stapleton Community Garage Sale grow into an annual event that is shared and supported be so many,” said Michael Kearns, organizer of the event. “We started this event in 2006 with about 75 participating homes, last year there were over 300 homes that participated!
