Amanda DiVito Parle, a thirty-year-old Platinum Club and Hall of Fame member with RE/MAX Alliance in Arvada, has been awarded the Colorado Young Professional of the Year Award by the Colorado Association of REALTORS®.
Each year, the Colorado Young Professionals Network (CYPN) rewards an individual with this top honor that has demonstrated leadership, conducted good business, while utilizing REALTOR® principals and has made a positive impact in the real estate community. The award is given to an individual that is under the age of 40 and is voted on by a committee made up of CYPN Advisory Board members and the previous year’s recipient and the Colorado Association of Realtors (CAR) staff liaison.
Amanda is certainly not a first timer when it comes to receiving awards for her dedication and hard work. Earlier this year Amanda was awarded the Young Professionals (AYP) Leadership Award for her outstanding service and commitment to the Arvada Community.
In 2009, Amanda co-founded the Colorado Young Professionals Network (CYPN), a state chapter recognized by the National Association’s of REALTORS. Since forming the chapter, there are now 38 Local REALTOR Associations across 6 districts participating in young professional networking activities. As the 2011 Chairperson for CYPN, Amanda played an intricate roll in establishing strong leadership across the state for this organization.
Amanda is a second generation REALTOR® who believes that serving the real estate community is as important as serving her clients. “I am a lively, high-energy personality and love this path I have chosen. I am very proud to be a REALTOR® and a RE/MAX Alliance agent,” says Amanda. She is a highly educated Realtor with designations that include, ABR, CRS, CDPE, CLHMS, and SRES.
