RE/MAX Alliance, Colorado’s largest independently owned real estate company, was recognized at the RE/MAX International Annual Convention on March 7th as the largest multi-office network in the United States and having the highest sales volume for a multi-office network in the United States.
“This is quite an accomplishment for our experienced real estate professionals, our management team, support staff, and our loyal clients,” said Chad Ochsner, Broker/Co-owner of RE/MAX Alliance. “This clearly shows that RE/MAX Alliance broker associates can get the job done regardless of market conditions. In 2011 RE/MAX Alliance totaled 9,228 transactions, and reached a total sales volume of $2,324,703,434.
Kim Hawkins, of the RE/MAX Alliance Central office in Denver, was honored at the event as the Broker/Manager of the Year.
“Kim has done a tremendous job for the RE/MAX Alliance organization over the years,” said Ochsner. “From recruiting new agents, training staff, helping to develop new marketing concepts and strategies, and stepping in to manage a number of our offices, she has done a wonderful job. This award by RE/MAX International is truly deserved.”
This year’s event was held at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. RE/MAX International annually pays tribute to its top producers and other honorees at the “Best of RE/MAX” Awards Night. Broker owners and sales associates from around the world attend the event.
