RE/MAX Alliance Welcomes Agents Don and Julie Riedel To Our Loveland Office!

RE/MAX Alliance welcomes agents Don and Julie Riedel to the Northern Colorado team. Don and Julie each have over 35 years of full time Realtor experience and work as partners in their real estate business. They look forward to providing the expanded services that the worldwide RE/MAX system offers.

“After working as RE/MAX agents for over 15 years and then experiencing a handful of other great companies, we still felt our greatest production would be achieved in the RE/MAX organization,” Don said. “We are really excited about the wonderful opportunities that RE/MAX gives to their associates, allowing us to “run our own program”.”

Don is a long time veteran of the Loveland and Fort Collins real estate markets. He was one of the founding partners of RE/MAX First Associates of Loveland with current RE/MAX Alliance broker owner Gene Vaughn. Don has an extensive real estate background that includes opening his first office Heritage Realtors in 1975. He once held a franchise for Realty World and lent his skills to Keller Williams. His community service includes serving on the Loveland City Council, followed by serving as Mayor from 1986 to 1988, and currently is a member of the Loveland Rotary Club and is a Paul Harris Fellow. A Paul Harris Fellow, which is a designation is given to those that have contributed substantial funds to the Rotary programs.

Julie began her real estate career in Pueblo in 1977. In 1981 she moved to Parker where she was affiliated with several offices, in addition to operating her own real estate office. In 1990 Julie joined the RE/MAX family by joining RE/MAX Parker (now Alliance). Over the years Julie has specialized in marketing residential and country properties across Colorado. Relocating to RE/MAX First Associates (now Alliance) in Loveland in 1996, Julie and Don formed the Riedel Group and were the recipients of numerous production awards. Most recently, Julie was associated with The Group Realtors before returning to RE/MAX Alliance. Julie is very active in the community. She served on the planning commission for several years while a resident of Parker. She currently volunteers at the front desk at McKee Hospital in Loveland.

“Don and Julie Riedel bring a great amount of knowledge, experience and excitement to our Loveland Office,” said Gene Vaughn, broker/owner of RE/MAX Alliance in Loveland, Fort Collins and Greeley. “As my former partner in the Loveland franchise, Don is a part of our foundation in Northern Colorado. We missed the Riedel’s these past six years and are very happy to have them back. I think that it is very safe to say that they missed all of the RE/MAX family locally, regionally, and nationally. They are RE/MAX through and through!”

“Each of us were multiple year recipients of the Platinum Club award, the Hall of Fame award and others for production during our tenure with RE/MAX,” said Don and Julie. “We look forward to getting back to the same level of production that helped us achieve those awards in years past, and we are certain that we can match or exceed those achievements again. Coming back to RE/MAX lets us put all that experience and knowledge to work directly for us. To say we are excited is an understatement of the 1st magnitude!!!”

“With Loveland winning the NASA/ACE project with between 5,000 and 10,000 new employees coming to Loveland in the next couple of years, we see very sunny skies over Loveland and over Julie’s and my business model,” said Don.
